SERVICE AGREEMENT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document constitutes the Terms and Conditions (T&C) for all of the Two Four One programmes or services that you sign up for, including but not limited to Social Level-Up, Strategic Launch Plan, The Level-Up League, Coaching, and bespoke consulting services. 

The T&C is a document that many people overlook but it is important to have a written agreement that clearly defines what you can expect as a client and what we can expect as a service provider. We like to keep it real, we know that circumstances and intentions change, so this document protects us all.

When you sign up for a Two Four One service, you are agreeing to the following terms.

This agreement is based on the principles of personal responsibility, integrity and accountability. 


No lock-in contracts.

We believe in being flexible and fair. As entrepreneurs we understand that change is inevitable, businesses grow and morph to what they need to be. That’s why our programmes don’t lock you into contracts, you work with us month-to-month for as long as you want and need our services. We do stipulate that to cancel any recurring subscription or automatic monthly payment, you will notify us of the cancellation, in writing at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for time unused. 

Please note: Payment of fees or memberships does not depend on how often you use our services. If you wish to stop paying for the service, you must cancel the service. We will consider suspending (pausing) a service on a case by case basis, for example for compassionate reasons. Let us know what’s going on, we’re here for you.

 
Our promise to you.


To deliver on our promise and to always give you our best, by providing the highest quality service. Our intention, as always, is to maintain the highest standards at all times and to communicate clearly and frequently so you know what to expect. We will always remain open to communication. If you have questions or concerns about the services we are delivering, we encourage you to tell us about it directly. If we don’t know about your issue, we can’t address it. 

We don’t guarantee results, we guarantee best efforts.

Marketing is a science, an art and frankly, an ongoing experiment. We work in terms of ‘best practice’, not right vs. wrong. You can count on our years of experience, skills and knowledge, topped up with our ongoing industry research to provide the best advice and service delivery available to us at any given time. That said, we can’t guarantee results. 

Marketing is one part of your business success and the world's best marketing can be easily undone by other business activities that we do not control. 

While we will recommend best practice for your marketing, we recognise that other factors may be at play and you are ultimately responsible for your business, your brand and your marketing results, therefore how you manage it and the direction that you choose is at your discretion. 

Our expectation is that you will engage fully in any meetings or activities we set, trust the process and make available the time and space required to address any prep-work that may be assigned.

We own the content we produce.

Our IP is ours, your IP is yours. Assume that everything we produce for training, coaching, mentoring and consulting purposes is for your review and is not to be recorded or duplicated in any fashion. 

Any content or templates produced for your business are the property of Two Four One and may be available to be acquired by you for an additional fee.

Our refund policy.

We don’t provide refunds, fullstop. 

Our month-to-month agreements allow you the flexibility to stop any service whenever you want. However, if you’re dissatisfied with the service or think we haven’t delivered on a promise, we’re absolutely open to talking about it and a refund will be considered if we aren’t delivering the programme as reasonably agreed, and/or if you are entitled to a refund by law. 

There is no provision to transfer your membership agreement to another person.

Honouring our payment terms.

If we’re delivering an awesome service and you’re not making your payments, that’s no fun for anyone. If your payment fails, we’ll email you once. If it fails a second time you’ll get a call from our team to arrange prompt payment. If your account is more than 30 days overdue, your service will be suspended. 

We may at our discretion assign this contract and any outstanding payments under it to a third party or a related entity.
